ASUS is moving its fastest OLED gaming monitor into the availability phase. The ROG Swift OLED PG259QWS Ace, first introduced as part of the company's competitive gaming lineup, is the subject of new November 2 availability coverage. The monitor targets professional esports players and enthusiasts who prioritize motion clarity, responsiveness, and consistent display performance.

The PG259QWS Ace features a 24.5-inch, 1920-by-1080 Tandem WOLED panel with a native refresh rate of 720Hz. ASUS specifies a 0.02-millisecond gray-to-gray response time, peak HDR brightness of up to 1,700 nits, and coverage of 99.5% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. These figures are manufacturer specifications rather than independently measured performance results.

Its connectivity includes DisplayPort 2.1 with UHBR20 support, providing the bandwidth needed for its maximum refresh rate. ASUS also includes a Position Sensor that displays the monitor's tilt, height, and viewing distance, helping competitive players reproduce familiar setups across different gaming environments. Additional controls include dedicated esports color presets and an interface designed for quick adjustments.

ASUS has positioned the monitor as the official display for the PGL Counter-Strike 2 Major Singapore 2026. The company is also offering the ROG Strix OLED XG259QWPG Ace, a related 24.5-inch Tandem WOLED model with a 540Hz refresh rate. Both products form part of ASUS's attempt to bring OLED image characteristics into a market traditionally associated with high-refresh-rate TN displays.

The underlying availability announcement was published by ASUS on October 28, while MuyComputer's November 2 report revisits the monitor as an available product. Buyers should distinguish ASUS's published specifications from independently verified gaming results. Regional stock, final transaction prices, and delivery estimates require confirmation through individual retailers.
